Please read carefully on how to place your grocery orders online and the fee structure!


  • Log into the website if you already have an account. If you don't have an account, click onto the "Log In" and follow the instructions to create an account. It is FREE! This will assist us when using our delivery services.
  • Go to "GROCERIES" on the Menu bar at the top of the website.
  • Search for the items that you want to purchase then add to cart. Please note that prices may fluctuate periodically.
  • Once all items are added, click on "checkout" in the cart. Review your items in the shopping cart to make certain that everything is correct. Continue to follow the checkout process, once you reach to "payment" choose "COD ONLY"(cash on delivery) or Paypal (credit/debit) cards.
  • A confirmation email will be send to your email address(the one you signed/logged in with) informing that your order has been received and is being processed. No changes to the order once you have received this email except cancellation!

 

ALL CASH PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE AT BANK OF THE BAHAMAS OR SCOTIABANK. MAFTRADE DEPOSIT SLIPS WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY AT BOB.


Processing Fees are Maftrade charges for use of their services at a low rate of 30% of the total price. All items have a Florida Sales Tax of 6% already added to the sale price. If items are subject to Bahamas Custom Duty, this will appear in your "Total Tax" in the checkout process. All monies should be deposited once your order has been placed.  Processing fees are non-refundable.


You can also take advantage of our Courier Services by using our US address, fees apply according to the size of the packages. Fees can range anywhere from $7 and up. Please note all returns/refunds to any company where the client has ordered from directly  is the sole responsiblity of the customer.

 We will deliver your items to your home or office once it has been cleared by customs.
